Gwin joined Hosking Partners in 2024 as Director of Client Service & Business Development. Prior to joining Hosking, Gwin worked at Southeastern Asset Management for 16 years, where she oversaw Client Relations and Communications. She previously worked in New York at Thales Fund Management and Twinfields Capital. A dual US and UK citizen, Gwin moved to London in 2008.
